A founding member of Superior Farm and Ranch Realty, Rick Doak grew up working on a Pure bred Santa Gertrudis cattle ranch. He has had a lifelong love of ranching, land and flying. He feels very fortunate to have two fulfilling careers as a farm and ranch Realtor and as a Captain for Continental Airlines, now retired. He loves being out on a ranch showing it to clients. Rick is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves on the International Committee, San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Realtors Land Institute, Texas Chapter Board of Directors 2012-2014, TAR, NAR, TSCRA, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Texas Deer Association, and the Houston Safari club. Rick likes hunting and fishing and flying. He lives with his wife Gale on their ranch in Cuero Texas.
As one of the founding members of Superior Farm and Ranch Realty and KW Farm and Ranch Group, Cheryl enjoys working with buyers, sellers and investors. Throughout her career she has listed or sold farm and ranch properties within 100+ miles of Austin, Texas, which have included 650+ acre properties with luxury homes to small parcels of ag/wildlife exempt property and everything in between. Cheryl has extensive experience working in all areas of real estate including residential, luxury homes, broker price opinions, sales training and holds a real estate license in two states.
Cheryl has been fortunate enough to work with some outstanding clients who in most cases have become longtime friends and clients. Cheryl likes the outdoors, fishing, gardening and working out. She lives with her husband and daughter in Dripping Springs Texas.

I have been married to my best friend Jamie for 43 years; I have one son Trey, his wife Jenna and a Granddaughter Kay Anne.
I have spent my entire career in either the ranching or the horse business. I managed a Registered Santa Gertrudis operation for Superior Oil Company in West Houston with divisions in South Texas and the Gulf Coast I also had a horse training operation in the Simonton TX area where I specialized in the Non-Pro and Amateur divisions of the Cutting Horse Industry, also I have built up a large customer base in Europe where I have conducted multiple Seminars and Clinics through out all of Europe.
I am currently a card carrying Judge for the NCHA, AQHA, and the NRCHA, also a Judges Monitor for the NCHA for the past 6 years. I have been a Director of the NCHA for 23 years and was a member of the Executive Committee for 6years. In other words I have been involved with either ranching or the horse business for the past 43 years with multiple contacts from Coast to Coast and all through out Europe.
Real Estate has always been an interest of mine and I think that my past history and all of the contacts I have made during the past will be invaluable in my pursuit and that I will be able to assist in the purchase and the sale of these types of properties. It is a new era in the Real Estate business and I think that my knowledge in these types of transactions will be invaluable.

Joseph has had a passion for the outdoors all of his life. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and has done so from Mexico to Canada but has spent most of time in South Texas and all along the Gulf Coast. He also enjoys ranching Brangus cattle and farming rice with his father in Chesterville Texas for the past 25 years.
He is married to his lovely wife Donna for 24 years and has three children Nickolas, Kristin and Joseph and live in Friendswood Texas and they all share in his passion for the outdoors and enjoy hiking, hunting and fishing together.
Joseph has had a vast experience in ranching and hunting and looks forward in bringing his experiences to Superior Farm and Ranch and to help clients find great ranch properties to share with their family and friends.

Born in Waco and a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Matt is a lifelong Texan. He grew up in Wharton and the Sugar Land area southwest of Houston, and since has lived all over the state from Dallas to Cuero, Texas where he now resides with his wife Amy, son Connor, and daughter Madison.
Matt has spent much of his professional career working in the Oil & Gas industry, having spent the past fifteen years as a petroleum landman specializing in lease negotiation and determining ownership of complex mineral estates. He would now like to apply his vast knowledge of land to the Real Estate business with a focus on helping others achieve maximum value and satisfaction when buying or selling their farm and ranch properties.
Matt is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, The Sons of the Republic of Texas, The Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors (VAAR). Additionally, He was recently certified as a Texas Water Rights Specialist™ (TWRS™).
